Yes. Most products can be customised with names, event details, logos, artwork, engraving, printing or a dedicated message. Please send the required text and artwork when placing your order.
For the best print result, please provide a high resolution PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG file. If you only have a logo image, we will confirm whether it is suitable before production.
For customised orders, a digital artwork proof is normally shared for approval. Production begins only after the customer approves the proof. Please check spelling, dates, names, quantities, layout and logo carefully, because approved artwork is treated as final.
Production time depends on the product, quantity and personalisation method. We will confirm the estimated completion or dispatch date when your order and artwork are approved. Urgent orders may be possible, subject to stock and production capacity.
Many trophy and medal products are available from one piece. Some printed, branded or promotional products may have a minimum quantity. Please ask for a quotation for your required item.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Standard, unprocessed orders may be changed or cancelled. Customised orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once artwork has been approved or production has started.
Delivery availability, charges and timing are confirmed at checkout or in the quotation. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of courier schedules, location, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.
