Product images, colours, dimensions, finishes and descriptions are provided for general guidance. Minor differences may occur because of manufacturing methods, screen settings, material availability and personalisation processes. Quotations are subject to stock availability and remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation, or for 7 days if no period is stated.
An order is confirmed only when accepted by Sportify Trophies. For customised products, the customer is responsible for ensuring all names, dates, spelling, quantities, logos and specifications are correct before approving the artwork proof. Sportify Trophies is not responsible for errors in artwork approved by the customer or information supplied by the customer.
All prices are in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. VAT, delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout or in the quotation where applicable. Payment terms are those shown on the quotation, invoice or checkout page. We may suspend production, delivery or release of goods until payment due has been received.
Any delivery or completion date is an estimate. We are not liable for delay caused by couriers, suppliers, stock shortages, customer delays in approving artwork, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery or collection.
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork, photograph, text or other content you provide. You must not provide content that infringes another party rights, is unlawful or is offensive. You remain responsible for claims arising from customer supplied content.
Cancellations and returns are governed by the Return Policy. Customised and made to order products cannot generally be cancelled or returned after artwork approval or production has started, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm an error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportify Trophies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or event disruption. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
